US PlayStation Site Undergoes Sleek Redesign
Since the release of the revamped PlayStation 3, the PlayStation 3 Slim, Sony’s next-generation console has taken the world by storm. On the other hand, the new PSP Go hasn’t sold as well as Sony might have hoped. However, sales for the PlayStation brand including the PS2 have remained hot since summer of last year as Sony makes its presence felt by the competition with strong new campaigns.
Sony have released a brand-new revamped North American PlayStation site layout and design for us.playstation.com. The new layout is similar to the recently updated European counterpart, but sticks to Sony’s North American look with large bold lettering and clean edges. The PlayStation PSP, PS3 and PS2 sections have been thoroughly revamped with new details and information, while the PSN section has a sleek new look with better functionality for profiles, trophies and more.

MUCH nicer than the @$$ ugly old PlayStation.com. I think it’s almost on par with the beautiful EU PlayStation site.
It’s a little clunky but this overhaul was way needed. The site was pretty dull before if you ask me. It looked nice, but it tried to look too simple, giving little info on this and that.
I having issue viewing it with mozilla firefox now. Anyone else having this problem?
it’s been down all day and now psn is down too , hopefully their maintenance didn’t completely screw up all Sony servers .
I always liked the e.u. website better but mostly because they give more feedback about what’s going on over there than we ever get on the north american websites
Nobody even likes it, everybody is complaining about it. The white just attacks your eyes, its horrible tbh.
I like the change a lot! Does not hurt my eyes what so ever.
Too bad the forums are now completely unusable via the PS3 browser… Great change for the better, Sony.
