Rumored PS Store Content for 03/04/10
This week’s confirmed content is looking just as massive as last week’s, with plenty of fresh content for you to enjoy. However, that leaves the rumored content section with very little to show. Another episode of The Tester hits this week. At least 2 demos have been confirmed for this week, with the possibility of more. For those of you who pre-ordered Heavy Rain, you’ll be able to enter your voucher code to download the first episode of Heavy Rain Chronicles titled “The Taxidermist”. No word if this will be available in the PlayStation Store for purchase, so we’ve included it in our rumored section to be safe. Those wanting a taste of Yakuza 4 can pick up the demo from the Japanese PlayStation Store.

a decent update it seems. Heavy Rain chronicles, more RE5 and possibly a blur demo (althought I’d rather see a split second demo)
Does this cover psp too?
If so, Lunar: Silver Star Harmony should be coming out Thursday on psn.
Looks decent, wonder if they will have a free game for the weeks issues?
Also hope to see more ps1 games.

@Superstrokey1123 – you clearly have some high hopes. This warrants an apology and a patch, but not much else. Especially considering only a portion of users were effected, and the ridiculous cost of giving away a free game to everyone after the expense of creating a fix for the issue. I’d certainly take a freebie any time though (oh that sounds dirty).
Anyone know whats supposed to be in that bioshock 2 dlc? just maps, or more? Seems like everygame has DLC now before its even been out a month… man, this gimmick is just getting worse and worse.

@solidCake – no, they should have sent you an e-mail saying that it would be released on March 4th, and you should receive another e-mail that day with your code for it.

Dead Nation Is a downloadable game for the PlayStation 3 developed by Housemarque. It was announced at Gamescom 2009 and will be released in Q1(january-march) 2010 on Playstation Network. put that in rumored content

I never said i expected but just wondered if they would. It wouldnt be the first time something like this has happened. Flow was given away about 2 weeks ago and MS gave away a game in 2008 for the downtime they had. THis is obviously slightly different but there is still a chance.

I doubt they’ll give anyone a free game but if they did then even a mini would be ok ( and wouldn’t break the bank )

Microsoft pretty much had to give away a game for their downtime because it was longer and people actually pay money for the service. If I were paying money for PSN and it went down for a week you better believe we’d be expecting something for it. But to lose a free service for 24 hours, well, I don’t expect anything, honestly.

i downloaded it yesterday and finished it in 5 minutes, extremely disappointed!
if quantic dream think im going to buy the rest of the DLC they better up the play time because 5 minutes is pathetic!
@ Name – the Heavy Rain DLC lasts for 5 minutes? What’s the problem? That’s longer than the entire game of Halo 3: ODST.
