Killzone 3 Readies New Weapons: 3D and Arc Support
Although the PlayStation 3 already has a deep exclusive line-up of games, later tonight Sony will announce yet another PlayStation 3 exclusive title that’s in the works. Many have speculated that it will be a sequel to the popular Warhawk titled Starhawk, or maybe even a direct sequel to Sucker Punch’s superhero title inFamous. What we do know is that the title to be announced is a sequel to a Sony exclusive, and it will be revealed tonight.
According to CVG, an inside source has leaked information suggesting that the announcement tonight is for Killzone 3. The most surprising thing about the leaked information is that the source claims that not only will Killzone 3 support 3D, but will also support the soon to be released PlayStation Wand. Information suggesting these details and the announcement for Killzone 3 aren’t too far off. Detail leaks as long as 2-months ago have rumored Killzone 3 has a huge upcoming announcement, and its development is no secret thanks to sources on LinkedIn.
At any rate, this will remain a rumor for now but we will know at 12:30 EST tonight what the real announcement is, so stay tuned.

killzone 2 was a great game… i loved the classes and modes in online. for me – this would be a big announcement. i just hope its not rushed out and really takes advantage of the arc… i cant wait for 3d mp.
i cant say id mind hearing starhawk get confirmed though either.
you know what I wouldnt be surprised at all if it was Killzone 3. There has been buzz that we were supposed to get alot of info on Killzone 3 in March…………Guess what…….ITS MARCH
but i would still like to see Starhawk as well.
I would love for Killzone 3 to utilize the Arc to its full potential. I just hope my reactions are quick enough to kill those fools before they put a bullet through my head…I know I’ll be slower moving my arms and whole body around then I am using my thumb on a joystick
That could be fun using the arc on FPS’s.
I have a feeling the reveal was SOCOM 4 that they showed on the PS Blog. Then again, could they be pulling a double hitter?

I hope it is a double hitter. I didn’t get Killzone 2 but my brother did. I will be definately buying Killzone 3. I will be tuning in on here at 12:30am
If its Socom 4 I will be upset but then again Killzone 3 would be nice.
