The third DLC release for Borderlands, “The Secret Armory of General Knoxx”, worried many fans. The reason? It was rumored that this downloadable content would mark the end of Borderlands. Although, thankfully, that is not the case.
Take-Two Interactive, publisher of the unique title, has confirmed that DLC will continue for Borderlands. The CEO of the company, Ben Feder, confirmed the news. “We’ll continue to support the title with more digital content,” he said in Take-Two’s Q1 financial call.
Feder also revealed that General Knoxx “was [the] best scoring and highest reviewed Borderlands DLC so far”. The title has revealed three DLC packs so far, of which you can all download from PSN. The Secret of General Knoxx, The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, and Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot will all cost you $10 each.

i really hope the next 1 will involve cars and races
This DLC was great one and am still having fun with it. I heard about this and thought it was a rumor and Im glad to see it is not a rumor. The next DLC they should add is something like more charaters and more levels like up to 100. Other then that I cant wait for any kind of DLC.
I acually bought the zombie island pack but never played it. Does the game and mic chat still lag horribly?
@KwietStorm
It does lag some, but it’s not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. The problem i’ve noticed is that it kinda saves the audio so when to come into a game you gear a few min of really fast recording, it’s really odd but then it goes to normal.
Also you can solo everything all the DLC, that is what I did for The zombie island, but Gen KNoxx was very very hard to solo till you hit 55-56.
Zombie Island has been my fav so far, but they all rock and are tons of fun.
man i’m loving some of the new borderlands right now….so addicting.
I wish that the DLC wasn’t $10 each, it’s such a high price to pay for DLC in my opinion, especially if it’s short. For instance, Dragon Age: Origins DLC was way too short for the asking price.
I’m on the Limbo about DLC
THIS GAME IS BAD, Why is it so popular?
Because it’s bad meaning good
@onionpaper
Borderlands DLC offers many hours of gameplay, as opposed to DAO DLC which has been insanely short
I have about 5 hours into Gen Knox just trying to level, its insanely hard, but the skill points are worth it.
Take two is one of the very very few devs that support consiist DLC after there tiitle has released…people always have some to say or complain about. Instead of just enjoying it. Keep it comin…I seriously don’t know how ill be able to enjoy all the goodness coming out. I’m cycling through 5 multi players right now. MW2, BFBC2, KILLZONE 2 and Borderlands! xD
