Lara Croft Swings Back Into Action

03/06/2010 Written by Cameron Teague

Lara Croft is back from the Underworld and this time it looks like Lara plans to invade the digital world, skipping out on that cumbersome retail case.  Lara Croft and the Guardian of the Light well be a digital download title developed by Crystal Dynamics.   That is about all we know concerning the game, though it is to be showed off behind closed doors at GDC this year, so possibly more information will come available from that.  For a first glimpse at the game, check out the screenshots below.

Hope it fits in the 18GB I’ve got left on my hard drive. If not, no great loss lol.

looks like there’s some co-op going on in a few of those screens. that could be fun. we need more local co-op games.

  3. In the first screen shot, I saw that familiar foe: the spike trap. That instantly brought back a lot of TR memories.

I remember playing the first Tomb Raider years and years ago and discovering the spike traps for the first time.

“Thats weird…why is the ground wobbling?”
