Ubisoft Readies R.U.S.E. for Summer

Strategy gamers have been waiting on R.U.S.E. for quite some time. Developed by Eugen Systems and published by Ubisoft the details for R.U.S.E. have been trickling in. A recent YouTube video shed some light on this deceptive strategy title and reveals a release date.

The following YouTube video shows the game will be released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the PC on June 3, 2010. It is not clear if this is a global release date or domestic..

So what do you think of the deceptive elements of R.U.S.E.?

I love strategy games and this looks like it’s be worth picking up , graphics look good , lots of customization and different game styles seem to be included too .
one question though . why the subtitles ? do people really have that much trouble with a slight french accent ?
after watching that I have the urge to go play some mushroom wars or savage moon , or maybe get online with age of booty for a bit .

I’m sure they’re just adding the subtitles to be safe…there will always be a few morons who would complain about something like that. Some hillbilly somewhere will think they are speaking a different language they can’t understand. My only question for this game is whether or not it is going to be more fun than Command and Conquer 3…

I wonder if this will work alright on a console. I’d probably prefer to play it on a pc.

Actually it was nice having the subtitles, I usually don’t watch videos while at work because I can’t turn the sound up. Anyway – he mentioned an open beta – is that going on right now, or later? I’d really like to try this out.
