GameStop Shows Confidence in God of War III, Final Fantasy XIII
If you happen to live in Canada and are skeptical about whether or not to pick up either Final Fantasy XIII or God of War III, then you’re in luck, because GameStop has one heck of a trade-in guarantee promotion going on now.
Here’s the deal: if you pre-order either Final Fantasy XIII or God of War III from GameStop, you’ll have up to one week after your in-store pick-up of either game to trade them back in for full store credit. This goes to show how much faith the retail chain has in both of these titles, as well they should. With Final Fantasy XIII looking beautiful and God of War III looking to push the power of the PlayStation 3 to limits yet unknown, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have an immensely awesome time with either title.

Just another way to sucker gamers. In a week you can finish this game and trade it in, so they can re-sell at close to new-game prices. Don’t fall for this crap PSLS! That tax doesn’t mean anything to them.
Gamestop has their own website they can do their advertising on. If you’re interested in making your readers aware of good deals, Gamestop would be the last place to ever be mentioned in an article.
K-mart’s giving away a free God of War collection with the purchase of a PS3, while at Amazon you get a $10 credit towards a future game purchase if you buy FFXIII or GOW 3, or a bunch of other games.
This was probably in a flyer or something, because it wasn’t on the Canadian site.
PSLS does articles on AMAZON deals all the time. I’m sure Amazon sponsors PSLS
Preordered from them just so I would be my hands on the limited edition bundle
If I lived in CANADA, I’d beat the game within the first week and give it back for full in-store credit whether I liked the game or not. Seems like a win/win to me.
