God of War III Blood & Metal EP Out Now

03/08/2010 Written by Joseph Peterson

One of the perks of the God of War III: Ultimate Edition is the Blood & Metal EP “additional soundtrack”. It has now been released for everyone. A few of the artists this EP features are Trivium, Killswitch Engage, Opeth, and Taking Dawn.  Those that opted to get the Ultimate Edition will receive a voucher that allows access to the EP via download. The recording process of one of Trivium’s tracks on the album has been chronicled in video.

So what are your thoughts on the video. Even if you aren’t a fan of the genre of music, it does seem to fit into the artistic scope of the dark and gritty nature of the God of War series.

It’s certainly the feeling that fits Kratos but the one song released from the official soundtrack is even more intense imo. Song titled Brothers of Blood.
