Gran Turismo 5 is a highly ambitious racer that has a big set of shoes to fill. Considering the game’s rich history Gran Turismo immediately calls to mind a near perfect racing simulator. Polyphony Digital’s Kazunori Yamauchi is well known for his attention to detail which has fueled much of the speculation that GT5 may not make the calendar year.
Peter Dille officially ends that speculation while conveniently being ambiguous as to the actual release date. Dille has officially announced that Polyphony digital will be releasing Gran Turismo 5 before 2011.
so probably holiday season 2010 since he says nothing other than “before 2011″
They actually mean it’s coming in 2011. They’re just tricking us into getting hyped up.
so much eye candy , comes to those who wait.
Hopefully we can be as happy as the Japanese that we’ve got an official date now.

i could care less for this game than it was first announced.
