Modern Warfare 2 “Stimulus Package” Maps Revealed

The cure for mapathy is coming for PS3 owners. While Xbox 360 owners are getting it a month earlier, the anticipation for the first DLC for the title is growing on our half of the soil. And with this latest news, the anticipation will grow even further.
A listing on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace has prematurely revealed the maps for the “Stimulus Package”, the first DLC pack for Modern Warfare 2. The pack will feature five maps; three new maps, and two remade maps from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
- “Bailout,” a multi-level apartment complex
- “Storm,” an open industrial park littered with heavy machinery
- “Salvage,” a snowy junkyard fortified by stacked debris and crushed cars
- “Crash,” a war-torn urban environment
- “Overgrown,” which features a massive dry creek bed

Crash and Overgrown – Are these the 2 from COD4 (Modern Warfare) ?
Overgrown will be good – I think Crash will feel crowded.

I think the COD4 maps will be too small compared to the MW2 maps. I hated Overgrown and its only going to be worse on MW2. Crash was my second favorite map, but I dont know if I want to buy it again. I wish they would sell the maps separate.
I’ve heard that this DLC will also have some new color skins for weapons. Dont know how much truth there is to that, but they were Blue and Red Cheetah, which can be hacked on the 360.
Crash?? i dont remember that map ….. im pretty interested in the map called “bailout”
Crash was great. It looked like a scene outta Black Hawk Down.
Crash is one of the best online mp maps of all time. Overgrown is decent too, especially for sniping.
I must buy. I love crash and overgrown. Meh on the other maps. I would have just liked to have all the maps from 4 for $19.99.

wow… here it goes again, IW with the lamest map packs ever…. 4 months and they could only make 3 new ones… and had to rehash the other two. This is so lame I don’t even want to finish this comment
