Assassin’s Creed II was one of the best games of 09′. Dramatically improving from its predecessor, Ubisoft‘s second installment of the IP should warrant a purchase from any hardcore gamer. If you haven’t picked up the game yet, now would be a perfect time to do so, as a major retailer has listed the title at a tempting price.
If a lack of funds from blockbuster releases has assassinated any thoughts of buying a new game, then worry not because Best Buy, has a great deal for you. The retailer’s latest price cut has been applied to Ubisoft’s critically-acclaimed Assassin’s Creed II. The game has been reduced to an irresistible price of $29.99.

The game has been improved in every aspect from the original Assassin’s Creed, and now would be a good time to bag your self one hell of a deal.

I would rather buy a copy of Batman: AA for their sale price of $40. I only rented both games, but I have to say that I don’t feel the need to play AC II again, while Batman: AA on the other hand might be a must own eventually…
I just got my Platinum for ACII Saturday night. Those feathers are a pain in the behind. A real improvement over ACI, as stated. I enjoyed Batman, as well, and giese you better buy that at least! Glad to have played both. I thought the story in Assassins Creed II was well done, and the added historic authenticity really increased the overall experience. It was worth it at 59.99, but at this price, you can’t go wrong.
I bought the game a while back from ebay. It didnt have case so I got it for $20. I really enjoyed it, but I hated AC1. The first was so repetitive so I wouldn’t recommend getting it. But AC2 is well worth $30.
My brother rented Assassins Creed 2 and said it was boring well at least to him. I played the first game but that as well was boring. Still for $10 you can get Batman Arkham Asylum which is a better game in my opinion than Assassins Creed 2.
