Heavy Rain Patch Washes Away Past Problems

Heavy Rain was one of the best games this past month with its unique story based around the notorious Origami Killer and its panic-inducing decision-based gameplay. As good as the overall experience was, unfortunately, for some it was hampered with minor issues,which caused freezing and glitching. Quantic Dream has heard your outcries, and have finally responded with a fix.

The next time you pop in Heavy Rain into your PS3, you will be prompted to download update 1.02. Weighing in at a puny 38 MB, it is being reported to fix all previous problems the game was suffering from such as freezing and graphical glitches.

i still haven’t received my SE, so when i’ll get it, i’ll just do the update & never will knwo what the glitches some were talking about.

I was one of those that had problems. the patch did in fact fix my issues, so YES! I’m back to playing Heavy Rain! Which is a good thing because I’m currently stuck on a part in God of War III so I’m going to take a break from it.
