EA Sports has beefed upĀ its NHL games every year with new content. This year is no different, as NHL 11 looks to be adding new teams to its roster, and this time it’s the Canadian Hockey League that’s getting the call. No word has come yet from the people over at EA Sports, but all Quebec Major Junior Hockey League teams have been asked to send in pictures of rinks and jerseys.
This will be a great addition to the game for the large amount of Canadians that play and will also provide players with more jerseys to choose from when playing online. Hopefully this is not the only major upgrade the game sees, and with E3 around the corner, there are sure to be new details soon.

cool , maybe next they’ll add minor league hockey and that could mean they’ll add the whl too and my local team the Kelowna Rockets .
they’ll sell more games for sure if they do that .
The WHL is in the CHL… this also includes the OHL, and the QMJHL.
I hope they were also able to get the WHL and OHL. If they got the Q they must’ve got all 3 CHL leagues.
They definitely need the OHL, especially as how the best players come from the OHL and the London Knights have the record for longest winning streak. Seriously, entire bloody season.
Wow! I might actually buy a EA sports game if this happens.
This is excellent news. Now I get to humiliate the Leafs with a major junior team!
Only question is, will they add real names? You usually have to wait for a rookie to play one game in the NHL before having him added to a roster update.
