If you’re like millions of gamers worldwide, then you’ve likely shelled out $15 for the newly-released Stimulus Pack DLC for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Already jonesing for more content? Well there is already info on the next pack incoming for this multimillion seller.
As overheard during a conference call, Chief Operating Officer for Activision Thomas Tippl stated a few plans for the rest of the year in the Call of Duty world. Besides Call of Duty: Black Ops, a second DLC pack will release sometime in the later half of this year. While Treyarch is in charge of Black Ops development, the second map pack is being handled by Infinity Ward. No other details have been revealed about the DLC yet, but a price was hinted at:
“The $15 price point has still provided a fantastic value to gamers.. we think that has worked.”

I’m predicting $24.99 for 2 1/2 maps
Hardly new news. It’ll be $15 again. 5 maps again. 3 new and 2 old. (old ones will be cod4′s vacant and shipment) One of the new ones will be based on the white house level from the single player story.
I’m glad I ditched MW 2. What a travesty. Greed, greed, greed.
I will buy another copy of the original Call of Duty Modern Warfare though. Between that and BFBC 2, and the wait for Socom 4…what else can we ask for?
