During the E3 Electronic Arts conference, EA showed what they’ve got in the locker for Medal of Honor. Partnering with DICE, Medal of Honor will deliver an exciting multiplayer experience. From the makers of the Battlefield franchise, EA DICE brings Medal of Honor’s multiplayer back to basics with heart-pounding gameplay.

During the event EA showed off a new multiplayer trailer for the game. Online will support up to 24 players across many different maps. A Medal Of Honor beta was also announced and will be available June 21st, but EA Gun Club members get early access to it next week. Check out the trailer below:

I can not wait for this game to come out, Dice makes amazing multiplayer games. Also this looks like a mix of bad company 2 and cod, which should be the perfect shooter.

This seem like a rip-off of the CODMW franchise, but at least it looks better. I’ll be sticking to BFBC2 though.

  3. ripoff of MW? it looks more like bc2 to me…i really hope it lives up to the hype though. i like both mw2 and bc2, but they both have their faults. just waiting for that next addicting fps to come out!

  4. Ah man the game looks brilliant. I seriously can’t wait for this game and the game has medals and ribbons which is something I love in FPS games and its something the COD franchise has always left out.

The only thing it has thats simular to the MW series is that its set in the Modern War era. Just remember COD originally started out because of the sucess EA was having with the MOH franchises back in the day so who really ripped off who?

By the way everyone I honestly thing the multiplayer looks way better than the MW series. Does anyone else agree with me?

rip off or not. The only FPS’s I have bought in the past 5 years have been Killzone and Resistance. I just have detested how saturated the market has become with endless crap in the genre. This actually has me interested. With a remastering of Frontline, how can I say no?

I’m not saying it’s a bad game by any means, but the market is really starting to get saturated with warfare games(WWII and modern). I agree the game looks great, but the trailer didn’t show any vehicles in the multiplayer online mode(hence me sticking to BFBC2). It seems like just man-to-man combat. With so many of these types of games being released, it’s hard to play them all. It’s too expensive to buy them all, and it’s too difficult to rent them if you have a busy schedule, so a person like me can only pick one. I hope developers start releasing fewer games like this, and try experimenting with some new stuff.

  7. I really enjoy shooter games and I do believe Dice has comed along, so for them to make a game with an amazing combo of COD n BADC2 shows alot n I pre-orderd moh already so I really hope you guys dnt disappoint.
