inFamous 2 Gameplay Trailer Arrives Early

inFamous 2′s first gameplay trailer was expected to be shown on GTTV later tonight. However, the official electrifying footage has arrived a little earlier than expected.
Electrifying indeed. As you can see, it’s evolved from its predecessor an awful lot and we frankly can’t wait.
inFamous 2 is currently scheduled for a release in 2011.

infamous 2 vs killzone 3 for goty so far, throw in gears 3 and zelda from 360 and wii. also throw in the possible uncharted 3 which hasn’t been announced but rummored thats 3 giant games for ps3 ( that could include restaince 3 idk what the deal with that game is atm)

That last finishing move was pretty freaking slick. This has to be my most wanted game for 2011. Can’t freaking wait.

I am in awe, purchased the 1st game and loved the gameplay, this looks amazing.
I really like that they took the Uncharted 2 approach as in the cinematics being gameplay graphics for a smoother transition between cinematic and actual gameplay.

Besides the idiotic comments like those, the game does indeed look quite good.
cole’s new look doesn’t have the same “umpf” as the first one. he looks and sounds cliched. like a typical teen hero. oh and the new weapon looks stupid. its like a giant tuning fork.
I still don’t understand the look and voice change. Especially with the ending of the story in the first one. He Looks nothing like what he is supposed to eventually become in the future (trying not to ruin it for anyone that hasn’t played the first one yet)
Even though the new look is gonna bug a lot of people, and rightfully so, its awful. This game still looks like it will be amazing. It looks more fluid then the first one, and them Kratos meets Legion enemies looked pretty sweet. It’s great to see all the old powers are there as well as some new ones. The rail slide on the side of the building looks sweet.
I am sure this will be a 10/10 game and possibly GOTY even with the disconnect with the original Cole character. (Maybe if we are lucky and Sucker Punch is smart, they will let us use the Original Cole skin a la Uncharted or GOW)
whoah finally they implemented awesome combat to the game. Looks like they added more free flowing transitions to get around the city easier which is great. gotta love inFamous

I think everyone liked the original cole better…not sure why they changed him at all.but i didnt really see any climbing of buildings like in the first one…it was pretty much all rail grinds…..

if you have eyes you can tell if somthing looks good or not by looking at game play videos. idk why you get so upset over people getting excited over a game.
