Hello Games’ Joe Danger, the PlayStation Network exclusive, is one of the highest critically acclaimed PSN titles ever created. To complement its critical success, it has been confirmed that Joe Danger’s commercial success is going very well with the PlayStation Network exclusive breaking even on its release day which was June 8th.
Speaking during the Develop Conference 2010, Sean Murray – Managing Director of Hello Games – confirmed during his conference that Joe Danger broke even on launch date. A hugely impressive and deserved news for developers Hello Games – whose team consists of only 4 people. Impressive, indeed.
In addition to the game breaking even on release day, Joe Danger sold 50,000 copies in its first week.

PlayStation LifeStyle’s Sebastian Moss is currently at the Develop Conference 2010 so be sure to stay tuned into PSLS for all the latest news as it happens.

Man, I love this game.
Woo, Joe Danger is awesome, really good to here. I’m at Develop now, so I’ll be bringing news in as it happens
This is a weird looking game.
I’m still debating on getting this. I was really floored to see that it was GI’s game of the month. It looks like it might be fun, but a PSN game would have to be exceptional to beat out all the full retail games. Is it that good, or did GI sell out? Then again, who the hell would they be selling out to?
You should get it, it’s amazing. Really fun.
Still haven’t gotten this… Shame on me
This is a great game, still playing it. I played a few levels last night.
i lost interest in this game, but my bro played the hell out of it (we game share)
lets see i wasted
15$ on joe danger
15$ on mvc2
8$ on anarchy rush hour
He wasted
10$ on MAG DLC
8$ on Resistance 2 DLC
They probably could of have a sale here if the would have put out a demo on PSN.
