Mafia II Demo Gets Detailed

Recently, it was confirmed that Mafia II could be experienced before its release with an expected demo. Said demo has now officially been detailed for all you gangster buffs out there.
The Mafia II demo includes a level entitled “Buzzsaw”. 2K Games has stated that the playable demo will feature protagonist Vito and his partners in crime, Joe and Henry, who are tasked with hinting down a mobster known as “The Fat Man”.
The demo will take place during the summer of the 1950s, which showcases “a slice of the expansive city of Empire Bay in the colorful era”. Sounds good, no?
Mafia II is currently scheduled for a release on August 24th, 2010.

Luckily Kane & Lynch2 had a demo so I could cancel my pre-order before that

This may make me look like a hypicrite seeing as I’m the worst speller going but you spelt hunting, Hinting. I’m assuming you meant hunting because of the context in which you used the word. Also any idea on when this demo might be released?
Solely out of curiousity of course, I was just hoping 2K didn’t copy other games companies and release the demo AFTER the game has been released. LBP got a demo about a year after release. A YEAR!

What is your problem? I know I can’t spell I was just warning him because it seemed like an obvious mistake and if it’s obvious to someone like me then obviously most people will notice it. Why the need to be so fucking rude to someone just trying to help another guy out?!

I was simply extending you the same courtesy that you extended Zak. I was just warning you because it seemed like an obvious mistake, and if it’s obvious to someone like me then obviously most people will notice it. Why do you need to be so rude to someone who is just trying to help you out?
Also, in my second comment I was just pointing out why correcting spelling is unnecessary.
As if, you saw me correcting someone and jumped to the conclusion that I was being a dick. I actually said that I suck at spelling, I knew I got all those words wrong I just couldn’t be bothered to waste my time looking up the correct spellings.
Also don’t think I’m too dumb to tell that by copying my post that I’ve somehow been tricked into thinking your not mocking me. Go f**k yourself. I only told him so a dick like you wouldn’t come along and attack him like you attacked me.
See the thing is Timewarp, someone like me did come along and read the article, and I did not attack him. Never dish out something you are not prepared to eat yourself. If you were really concerned with “protecting” him then you should have sent him a private email and afforded him the opportunity to correct his mistake discretely. Instead you just went ahead and called him out publicly. Most people probably did not even notice the mistake in the first place.
Oh so now I’m outing him publicly! It was one freakin letter and he obviously didn’t see any harm in it as he’s now changed it. I’m not dishing out anything but helpfull advice where as your the one who took the oppertunity to be spitefull.
I am not being spiteful Timewarp. I consider Zak a friend and I am simply defending him. That is what I do. You may not know this, but correcting grammar, especially in public, is a breach of social etiquette. You should have just left it alone, or at the very least had enough respect for Zak to email him about it.
Defending him? HE DOSEN’T NEED DEFENDING!! He can fight he’s own freakin battles and if he thought I was insulting him then he’d tell me himself also email him? You are aware I don’t know he’s email right?
Face it, I made it completly clear outright what my intentions were. I even said assuming in case Zak had some other intention and I had missed that like a play-on words, also there’s no social etiquette in forums, fuck social etiquette we’re on a forum based website talking about videogames.
I am certain that he does not need defending. That being said however, he is a friend and I am not going to stand by and watch him get needlessly picked at. There was no need to call him out on that minor mistake. Face it Timewarp, you drew first blood here. I am fully aware that you know his email address. It is available for public viewing if you mouse over his name. That is exactly why I stated that you should have emailed him.
I didn’t do anything to attacking anyone. I was being friendly for f**k sake, seriously I don’t know he’s email address and I thought that at the very least if I could put it in a way that wasen’t as bad as other people then Zak wouldn’t feel as much of an idiot that way,
The only reason I’m still here is I’m not backing down to you just because I wanted to be helpfull. It’s not the end of the world becasue one person corrects another person.

Why the heck would I go out and attack your friend if he showed me a site to register for the beta for a game I was considering buying?!
If it is not the end of the world for one person to correct another, then surely that same sentiment would extend to me correcting you right? How can you consider yourself to be noble, but consider me spiteful? Am I not being equally as helpful to you?
IT WAS ONE WORD! GET OVER IT! It wasen’t the fact that you corrected me because for one I actually noted there was mistakes in my own post but it was your intent that just stank of horriable spitefullness.
If you were simply correcting me then fine but not that wasen’t what you were doing, like you said you were defending your friend.
I would argue that someone who knows he has mistakes in his own post should turn his attention to those mistakes long before correcting someone else. You are right Timewarp. It was indeed only one word. Perhaps you should have let it go, as you are telling me to do right now.
You know what. F**k you, I doubt you and Zak are even friends. You seem more keen to just insult me more or less rather then look out for your friend who I happen to have NOTHING against. If I wanted to attack him I could have done way more then just correct him.
I have not actually insulted you at all Timewarp. I have maintained my composure throughout this entire conversation. You however have attacked me several times. Not once have I told you to go f**k yourself. Not once have I called you a d***. Not once have I said f**k you. You have done all of those things. If I had any intention of insulting you I would have taken a much different approach.

Back on topic though it seems apart from Dead Rising 2 this is the only good game coming out this month for me at least, a shame because even though I’ve only got two games I want, I promised my brother I’d buy him Halo: Reach (I kinda want to play it as well)
