Released yesterday for Europe, Earthworm Jim HD didn’t make it into this week’s PlayStation Store update, and developer Gameflot hasn’t said much about a North American PS3 release since it hit the Xbox Live Arcade back in June. Fortunately for us, it will finally be moved from Rumored to Confirmed Content on our weekly PlayStation Store Preview!
It’s time to go save Princess What’s-Her-Name! Just announced over at the official PlayStation Blog. Earthworm Jim HD will be launching for the PlayStation Network during next week’s update.. The team over at Gameloft has given the 16-bit classic an amazing HD makeover. Along with the wonderful single-player mode, a new local OR online co-op mode has been added for up to 4 players, and some brand new levels as well. Go hook up your Ultra-high-tech-indestructible-super-space-cyber-suit™ (or just Super Suit for those not in the mood for a tongue twister) to battle Evil the Cat, Psy-Crow, and even launch some cows. And to top it all off, the game is only $9.99. Next week can’t come soon enough, can it?

Groovy!
Yes! One day purchase for next Tuesday.
Awesome can’t wait to play it
FINALLY! I kinda lost interest in this already… I’ve been holding my breath for Scott Pilgrim, Castle Crashers, Dead Nation, Shank and PixelJunk Shooter 2.
Hopefully alot of people buy in on Tuesday as there are online trophies like getting first place on a multiplayer game and beating campaign online with a friend.
Great news!
Played demo yesterday & almost cried LOL its awful… The original had better control mechs & less flaws… For a 2010 HD jobby its CRAP… Upset of the year for me
