Pachter Delivers Harsh Words For Mafia II

Despite a decent level of hype, and an extensive marketing campaign, it seems that Mafia II might not be able to live up to initial expectations, mainly due to its poor review score. Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter has given his thoughts on 2K’s sandbox-based action title and says it won’t make a profit. Pachter also said the game is well below expectations.

We’re not quite sure what’s going on here – today in our tips box we received this strange image with our site’s name on it along with 15 other well-respected websites including IGN, the official EU PlayStation Blog, and our pals over at TheSixthAxis and PSNStores. While we certainly aren’t sure, this looks a lot like a piece to a puzzle. We can only surmise that the other sites listed on the image each received different puzzle pieces. So you (us too!) will have to play scavenger hunt across these other sites to try and locate all the puzzle pieces to find out exactly what this could be.
