Japan Getting Gran Turismo 5 Titanium Blue PS3
Gran Turismo 5 will be releasing in Japan on November 2, and when it does, it will be releasing in style. Polyphony Digital’s racer will be available for ¥7,980 ($93) in a standalone pack. Along with that, a first-run Limited Edition with five DLC cars and a 308-page book for the PlayStation 3 exclusive will be released for the same price. However, those two configurations aren’t the only way to pick up GT5 in Japan come November…
Sony is also releasing a ¥35,980 ($421) PS3 bundle, entitled ‘Gran Turismo 5 Racing Pack’, including the limited edition of the game and a special Titanium Blue 160GB PS3 Slim. This special edition of the PS3 of course joins the recent white version of the PlayStation 3, but unfortunately, it won’t be coming stateside, as is the case with most Japanese PS3 special editions.

Yakuza, Final Fantasy XIII, and other Japanese Game bundle went out of their way to actually make the bundles unique, rather than making it look like a this. Why not engrave the GT symbol to make the bundle PS3 stand out instead of making it look like a paint job.

I think the PS3 logo would have looked better in white.
What happened to all the tattooed PS3s? I mean, the blue is nice, but where are all the versions splashed with graphics. GT5 deserves that.
