Final Fantasy Versus XIII to Arrive Later Rather than Sooner
Wednesday, August 25th, 2010

Square Enix’s Final Fantasy series has always had many common traits between each iteration. The main characters have always had bizarre hair styles, weird names, and have always, ALWAYS had to save their world from impending doom because of some crazy, evil bastard who wants to ruin everyone’s day. Something else a majority of them have in common? DELAYS!! We waited how long on Final Fantasy XIII again (I blame the 360 version myself)?!? Final Fantasy fans, it seems like your wait for Versus XIII isn’t only going to extend into next year, but it looks like 2012 might be the earliest we’ll get our hands on with this mighty PS3 ‘exclusive’. Oy.

Shank Launch Trailer is 100% Awesome
Wednesday, August 25th, 2010

EA and Klei Entertainment look to answer the question that has been on gamers minds for years now: “What would happen if Quentin Tarantino abandoned cinema and instead, crafted intense 2D action games?” That answer is none other than Shank my friends. One of the most beautifully gruesome 2D games to hit the PSN since it first arrived on the scene in 2006, Shank looks to combined 2D side scrolling platform, along with a dose of QT, and gorgeous HD artwork to make one helluva unique game with a story crafted by award-winning writer, Marianne Krawczyk, fans of kicking ass and taking names are going to want to check out the launch trailer inside.

Sony Looking at Online Pass for their Games
Tuesday, August 24th, 2010

Whether you love it or loath it, it’s certainly hard to deny that the used game market is a huge money maker for retailers. The problem is though that none of this money makes its way back to the publishers and so, understandably, some publishers are as mad as hell, and they’re not going to [...]

The PlayStation Move, Killing Peripherals One At A Time
Tuesday, August 24th, 2010

My fellow Time Crisis fans, do you remember the PS1 and PS2 days of the Guncon? I sure do! I still remember how the original Guncon on the PS1 would allow you to step on your regular controller so that your character could do behind cover. I also remember having to store the damn thing and all of those annoying cords. Ditto with the Guncon 2 on the PS2. Oh wait! Same problem on the PS3!! Only one problem…all three peripherals lacked over a handful of titles that supported it, meaning all that money you sent on it went to waste once you beat the games a million times over. However, things are about to change…The PlayStation Move is here and is ready to clean out your closets and save you some money by first killing off the Guncon!

Amidst the onslaught of hype and debate over the recently emerged PSJailbreak, an air of finality has come down on the situation,  reminiscent to the strength of any good Banhammer out there.
