Cosmos and Chaos Returns to PSP

Dissidia: Final Fantasy was one of the more popular games for the PSP; fan’s have been clamoring for a sequel since it was released — and Square Enix was listening.

Weekly Shonen Jump revealed this week that a follow-up to Dissidia has been confirmed: Dissidia Duodecim Final Fantasy. Details are scarce. We do know that two new characters are joining the fight in the assumed continuation of the Cosmos and Chaos battle: Lightning from Fantasy XIII and Kain from Fantasy IV.

In a recent tweet, Tetsuya Nomura indicated that his unannounced game will be playable at the Tokyo Game Show;could this be the new Dissidia? Announcing the title this close to TGS hopefully means we can expect more details when the show arrives.

Nice to see Kain is gonna join the cast. Too bad I have no PSP.

That’s cool… I held off buying Dissidia for the longest time, but I did, and I enjoyed it.
