RE5 Gold Edition Move Patch Rises from the Dead

09/16/2010 Written by Adam G

The launch of Sony’s promising new Move controller is just about here and joining the roster of core games receiving Move support close to launch is Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition.

In fact, the patch that enables Move support is already available. Weighing in at around 16Mb, this patch offers nothing more than the promised motion controls, but is only available to owners of the Gold Edition, not the original version.

Will you be booting up Resi 5 again to test out the Move controls? Let us know in the comments.

I may now buy it. My reason for not buying it is I didn’t feel it to be an resident evil game.

Damn I only have the RE5 Collectors Edition when it came out. Looks like I’m force to buy the Gold Edition

  4. I read that the PS Move controls are not very good. Sort of disappointing since its one of the only games that give me to buy PS Move so early.

Yeah, I hope Capcom address the control issues by now with the new patch.
