PlayStation Store Updating Tonight Due to Maintenance

09/20/2010 Written by Zak Islam

The PlayStation Network will undergo regular maintenance tomorrow, and due to this, the North American PlayStation Store will be updated tonight instead of its normal Tuesday update.

Maintenance is expected to start at just after 8 am Pacific and will last for several hours, until approximately 5 pm Pacific. During this time, PSN users won’t be able to access the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Home or Account Management, and may encounter difficulty while signing in to PSN.

Due to this maintenance window overlapping the normal PlayStation Store publish tomorrow, Sony has confirmed they’ll be be making new content available tonight.
