Vudu Bringing Movies to the PSN Next Week

In an effort to corner the entire video on-demand market, Sony Computer Entertainment America have announced that Vudu will be making its way onto the PlayStation Network. Vudu will allow PS3 users to stream a huge library of over 4,000 movies in stunning 1080p directly to their TV, including new releases the day of release for a low price of $2 for 2 nights.

For those who don’t know, Vudu is an On-Demand video service that is currently available across various Blu-ray players and HDTVs. Vudu will launch November 23 with the application appearing under the ‘Video’ section of the XMB. New Vudu customers will receive $5.99 in credit when they sign up so if it sounds like something for you, get ready for the 23rd.
