Killzone 3 Co-Op Footage Exhales Excellence

Killzone 2 was chock full of quality content ranging from its story-driven single-player experience to the online mode with clans, unlockable classes, and more. However, the game didn’t include any form of co-op, so it’s not surprising that Guerrilla Games’ announcement of Killzone 3 incorporating split-screen has been welcomed with overwhelming happiness by PlayStation 3 owners. The question is, how does it fare?
If the video below is any indication, it looks like the co-op mode in Killzone 3 will be a huge addition to the game. See for yourself below:

Jeezus Guerrilla, just shut up and take my money already…
With the dawning of online gaming on consoles there are less and less games that incorporate a split-screen mechanic, I’m welcoming this new addition to Killzone with open arms

Being that it isn’t online, dont really care, and dont understand why they wouldn’t include it.
so you have no real friends that you see in person?
I wonder if the split screen option is available for local multiplayer cause I wanna own my brother on it.

…for making me wait until February to play this. This definitely looks like the best co-op mode ever to be in existence.
Yeah it does and it’s very welcomed as I figure if the hardest difficulty is anything like the 2nd’s imma need my bro to help me out and it’ll be a very tactical fun experience. The wait until it’s launch would be brutal but we have mass effect 2 to hold us over
this is turning out to be a game of high replay value.
That’s exactly what we want. I was thinking how they’re going to add co-op, adding co-op missions that have no relation to the story isn’t enough for me, I want story co-op, just like the one in the video!
I’m not 100% sure that the co-op in the video above is a story co-op but it looks like it.
And I was thinking that the new Crysis 2 trailer was epic…
Killzone 3 just killed it, so much detail for a split-screen gameplay. It’s beautiful and badass at the same time!
