First Battlefield 3 Screens Take Charge

Electronic Arts and DICE’s Battlefield 3 was first shown off in GameInformer’s cover. The shooter’s initial screenshots have now taken charge and clearly showcase the game’s high level of potential.

German magazine Gamestar has managed to unveil the first Battlefield 3 screenshots. DICE is aiming high with this title, and has been seen showing confidence in what it thinks may be the best of its genre this year. Check out the shots below.

It is unknown whether the screenshots – which appear to be from the game’s campaign – are in-game or pre-rendered, but they sure do look sharp. Battlefield 3 is currently scheduled for a release this Fall.

I am looking forward to this. DICE and EA have been putting out some decent material recently and this franchise has a strong following on other platforms.
Will DICE be doing multiplayer for this and for Medal Of Honor (2) ???

The screen shots and the new trailer look great but EA has a habit of touching up their images and showing off game footage of the PC version at full settings to try and lull us console gamers in to thinking the graphics are going to be top notch. Look at Medal of Honor. The game looked gorgeous in the trailers but once I got the game home it looked like utter crap.
