Dead Island Screenshots Want Your Blood

One of the best trailers in recent memory was for Dead Island, a survival-horror zombie game by Techland, and boy was it good. The unfortunate part is that the trailer contained no gameplay, and instead used some great special effects to excite gamers across the web, and it did so successfully. We’ve seen a few screenshots of the game since then, but they’ve been very limited in numbers. Not anymore, as some zombie infested screenshots are here to scare you into your closet.

Have a peek at the latest Dead Island screenshots below, but be warned: they’re vicious.

Dead Island is currently scheduled for a release in Q3 2011.

screen shots are nice and all, but game play video footage is where i will decide if its worth my monies. the screens look nice, do you know if they are of game play footage? or just more smoke and mirrors?
