Check Out Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time Gameplay Video

Announced at E3, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time looks to steal the hearts of gamers everywhere in typical Sly fashion. Courtesy of the PlayStation Blog, we have a gameplay video below showing off the game and giving us a few juicy new details.
In the footage, you will get to see Sly putting on different outfits which give him special abilities. He uses one of the outfits to do battle with Nolan North’s boss character. In the clip we also get a minor taste of the humor in the game and some of the platforming elements.
One thing is for sure, and that is that the game looks great so far, and we cannot wait to see more. Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is set to release exclusively for the PlayStation 3 next year.

Meh… Jak and Daxter can’t hold a candle to the Sly series.
I played the original Sly game when I was younger, and when the PS3 Trilogy came out I went and picked it up on day one. When I saw the Sly 4 teaser i was totally stoked, Now… I’m a bit beside myself. I’m VERY disappointed that Sucker Punch aren’t the ones making this and really hope they at least had a huge amount of input.
I’ll give them that it looks great and the battle they showed really did look like it played like a Sly boss fight. I’m pretty sure it’s a day one purchase for me still, but I may not be the happiest camper.
