The PlayStation Network is losing one of its unique exclusives as Lexis Numerique has announced that Amy will be releasing on the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, and PC this fall. While it might sting some to hear of the game going multiplatform, this is great for gamers of any platform as they will have a chance to play this interesting looking title. Check out the gamescom trailer and screenshots below.

In Amy you are stuck in the town of Silver City where, as you would expect, a deadly virus infects the town where Lana, the game’s main character lives. Along her travels, Lana comes across a girl named Amy, who has mysterious powers. Now, you must escape with Amy, avoiding ghosts, demons, and even the military.

Amy is set to release across the PSN, XBLA, and PC this fall. Will you be picking this title up when it releases?

This game is from the creator of the classic “Flashback”. His games were very cinematic for their time, but they all lacked in gameplay mechanics and execution. Hopefully his vision can find a home in this new era of cinematic experiences. Come to think of it, he’s french just like David Cage (creator of Heavy Rain), it seems the french are into cinematic drama and suspense.
