With titles like Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, Uncharted 3 and Skyrim all fighting for your money this holiday season, Assassin’s Creed has to face one hell of a lot of competition when it releases in November. Not to be outdone by the recent BF3 trailer, Ubisoft have remixed their E3 trailer, added a commentary from Ezio along with 20 seconds of extra footage.
As you can see in the trailer below, Altaïr seems to play an important part in the game’s story, which is probably why the first Assassin’s Creed will be bundled with PS3 copies of Revelations.
It sure looks pretty, but of course, this is all CG footage. Luckily, the PS3-exclusive beta proved that the game manages to still look good, despite iterations of the series being churned out on a yearly basis.
If you could only buy one game this Christmas, what would you buy? Let us know in the comments section below.
Awesome trailer. I seriously am going to go bankrupt this gaming season. However if I just have to get one game it will most probably be either Uncharted 3 (single player will be epic, multiplayer looks really fun and polished) or Skyrim. I love the AC series, but this still looks like more of the same. I’ll end up playing it later though.
I am deciding on whether I should buy this first or Uncharted 3. I don’t have that much money at the moment. Oh, its just so hard to decide. This game looks awesome. Such a fan.
