New Site Announcements and a Giveaway Too!
PlayStation LifeStyle is proud to kick off the weekend with the announcement of a few new additions to the site. We’re also giving away some codes for a recent PSN game just for checking out our new features.
It’s only fitting that we start with our most-requested feature… ever. You can now edit comments for a set time limit.
Next up, we’ve taken a great suggestion for our News page, and made it a reality. Now when you visit our News page, you can filter by platform. Click here to visit our News page.
Our Videos page has had a complete overhaul, and it’s out with the old and in with the new. The PSPgo-stylized player has been replaced with a shiny new PlayStation Vita. Our videos now play in HD, and our in-post video-size has been increased to maximum. Click here to view our Videos page.
Additionally, since we know you like to keep track of hot upcoming releases, we’re unveiling for the first time our brand-new Release Dates section. Click here to visit our Release Dates page. (We suggest bookmarking it for future use)
Last, but not least, we’re in the process of completely revamping our forums, and working toward a unified log-in process. The forum structure has already received a makeover, but at the moment some of the newly created forums are a little empty. That’s where you and the giveaway come in. We’re asking users to create new discussion-provoking threads in our forums. On Monday morning, we’re going to select our three favorite new threads and awards the topic creators with a PSN code to download Rochard from the PlayStation Store. Click here to visit our forums.
This is just the beginning of a number of changes on the way, much of which will be in-line with the feedback you’ve been supplying – so keep on passing along your ideas to us in the forums. Look out for more and more contests coming very soon. Oh, and don’t miss the chance to ask the PSLS staff questions in our new Ask PSLS forum.

New thread for forums: (If there already, exclude this)
Tittle: “New and Current Services for PS3″
Anything in the XMB; eg. Netflix, Home, Life w/ PS, etc, online/game pass, DLC, and what ever new service that comes out for the PS3 would be good to discuss about. If polls were used you could have it ongoing forever. Polls would be questions on whether they like/dislike the services on that poll at the time. Or we could rate each service? Have all services listed with each one rated.

Great work guys! Sorry I’ve been absent of late.
great work on the site. but i’m having problems being able to post anything. i keep getting errors when trying to log in. do i have to re-register to be able to post? and when i try to register it keeps saying that my e-mail has already been used. i’m already logged in to the site but yet i still have these issues trying to post or reply in any thread. please help me out
Unfortunately, the forum currently requires you to have a separate login, which is a slight hassle. We’re working on a way to unify the 2 sections, and will hopefully have it ready relatively soon-ish.

thanks for the information regarding that log in issue. i guess i’ll just wait until it’s all sorted because i really do not want to use a separate account just to post. anxiously awaiting patch… lol
Well you can use the same username and email – you just need to re-register through the forum. So if you save your password, you won’t even notice.
i have tried doing that but it keeps telling me my passwords do not match for some reason. its kinda bumming me out but i’ll keep trying
