Uncharted 3 DLC to Cost a Fortune, Bargain Hunters’ Club Announced
As one of the best franchises ever made, we can’t get enough of Uncharted, and were excited to learn that Uncharted 3 would have a ton of DLC support, albeit not for singleplayer missions. Naughty Dog seems to have noticed that certain gamers are clinically addicted to all things Uncharted, and so have prepared an onslaught of DLC worth almost as much as the full game – but if you pre-order, you’ll be able to save a few bucks.
Cleverly titled the Fortune Hunters’ Club, the “DLC Pre-order program” is marketed on the PS Blog as an exclusive club for the ultimate Uncharted fan, but is mostly just a way to get a discount on Uncharted DLC that you may or may not want to buy – especially considering Naughty Dog haven’t detailed what the DLC entails.
Instead of paying “over $45.00″ for 7 multiplayer packs, you can pre-order now for $24.99 and get the Fortune Hunters’ Club theme straight away. To save you the stress of “scouring the PlayStation Blog in hopes of finding out when the next DLC release for Uncharted 3“, you could check our weekly PlayStation Store Preview Fortune Hunters will receive an XMB message on your PS3 linking you directly to the content on the PlayStation Store when it releases.
The seven packs include the first four multiplayer map packs and the first three multiplayer skin packs for Drake’s Deception with the first batch of content coming in November.

Single player was always better then the multiplayer and I think solo should be what makes this game a hit, not multiplayer, because I never did, nor will I ever buy online DLC for an Uncharted game.
Agreed. The single player campaign will be epic to say the least and the multiplayer will not surpass it. There’s hardly ever any true teamwork involved in online multiplayer. It’s mostly just run & shoot.
Or just wait until Uncharted 4 comes out, and they will put it all on PS+ for free like they did U2 a few weeks ago.
I got it for free too. The only problem is it feels like I have to wait 30 mins for a match to load.
Or I can just wait for the GOTY to come out….get the voucher from on of my friends at Gamestop (like they got for all the Uncharted 2 DLC), and not spend a single dime more (that is, if they get said voucher again). Still a day one purchase for me, Boom.
GOTY it is for me also. got burned twice (DLC-wise) with this franchise… won’t happen a third time.
I was gonna stay away from U3 dlc anyways for GT5 and BF3 dlc and this news just tells me I made the right decision. I Can’t wait to play the SP though.
Well thank god for people who love spending money on outfits. Now i can pay an arm and a leg for……oh wait. I will just play singleplayer…thank god they arent charging us extra to play solo.
