Sorcery Lives, To Be Shown To The Press Next Month

11/14/2011 Written by Sebastian Moss

With little to no information revealed about the magic-based Move game Sorcery, Sony has once again confirmed that it is in development, and this time they’re ready to show it off.

Sony Computer Entertainment America’s PR Manager, Eric Levine, told IGN:

Yes, Sorcery is still in development and we’re very excited to show everyone how this PlayStation Move exclusive game is coming along.

Sorcery will be shown at Sony’s Holiday Showcase in New York this December, giving us the first proper look at the Move-only title since its reveal back at E3 2010. Developed by The Workshop, the game is about a Faerie realm which takes inspiration from Irish mythology. As a young sorcerer’s apprentice, you have to master the arcane arts and fight back the Nightmare Queen who has threatened to cover the land in eternal night, using the Move to craft potions and conjure spells.

What are you hoping to see? Is this the Move game we have all been waiting for? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
