If you’re a fan of Flower or Flow then chances are that Journey is already on your radar, as thatgamecompany has finally finished their latest atmospheric PlayStation 3 exclusive. Fortunately, it looks like you won’t have to wait much longer, as Journey is expected to arrive by the end of March.

According to the latest issue of Game Informer Magazine (via IGN), the game will be available for purchase in the PlayStation Store sometime this March. At the conclusion of the magazine’s preview of the game, the article reads:

No matter how you describe [Journey], it’s a title that should absolutely be on your radar as we near its release in March.

Sony has yet to confirm or deny this release window, but considering how long the game has been in development and how polished it looked the last time we got to check it out, March sounds quite feasible.

I was interested in this before but now that it has dragged on for so long I think I lost interest. I will still check it out I guess

    • mmm…. I’m still very interested actually. Sev gave me the distinct impression this is one worth keeping an eye on – it’s just unfortunate there’s a ton of other huge games releasing around this time, I’ll probably read reviews and pick it up later this year when there’s a lull in releases.

hope their’s a demo, im interested in this one for sure.

    • me too, but idk how it would work. This game is more of an “experience” where you are dropped in a desert and have to make it to a mountain. Having the player walk a certain distance in the demo, and then doing it again in the game seems odd.

actually, i don’t think a demo would do the game any justice. The probably shouldn’t release a demo, because a few minutes of gameplay won’t convey what will be awesome about this game. (scale and exploration)
