   And this week alone just about covers this years PS+ account purchase. Glad i bought that second year.

   Is it me or have these updates started coming later and later? Oh well, back to fighting crime, or causing it, on the streets of Gotham.

       It’s not a monthy fee, when I signed up I got the 12 + 3 months for 50$ and 2 extra months when psn was down. So I had gotten 17 months for 50$. I spend that much for xbl. Yes if you don’t have ps + you do not have access to those games , but after you’ve played them a bunch of times you’ve gotten the value out of them.

       Best $20 I’ve ever spent in the PS store. Although, now with Vita games rolling out, I’m hoping they start doing something about those for PS+ users. Oh, and a slight change in the store so I don’t have to search for Vita games.

   A great week for PS+, I played Far Cry 2 when it first released but for free I might as well run through it again. Also grabbed Fatal Inertia…The great thing about PS+ is that through discounts and free games it gives you the opportunity to try games you otherwise might have ignored. I can’t say you easily come out ahead but if you combine all the discounts and freebies and then just look at the items you end up enjoying I guarantee you at least break even. Then if you consider the bonus services like automatic downloads for patches and cloud storage for saves you definitely come out ahead.

   I decided to stop playing multiplayer games for awhile (courtesy of Black Ops) due to my rage. Started looking for some more zen-like games. Bought My Aquarium awhile back and didn’t touch it till now. Very calming. Played the Akimi Village demo, bought it, and now I’m 8 hours into it. Pixeljunk Eden demo was cool and The UnderGarden is amazing. Checked the price and boom! 2 days after the price change. $10 down to $3? I’ll take it.
