Konami has given an interesting comment about the possibility of a new Metal Gear title for Vita.
During an interview with EvolveTV about Metal Gear Solid HD Collection‘s arrival on the PlayStation Vita, Konami Brand Manager Kevin Vlaming was asked if a new Metal Gear being released for PlayStation Vita was a possibility. He said:
Oh, absolutely. Again, you know, whatever our fans want, our fans get. Really, we just want to expand the Metal Gear franchise. Obviously, with Rising — you know we’re doing that. But again, you know, we’re not focusing on, you know, what everything else is going on. But as far as the Vita is concerned, I wouldn’t cancel anything out.
Konami hasn’t announced any new installments of Metal Gear for PlayStation Vita, but if there are any Metal Gear announcements for Vita, PSLS will keep you posted.
