Now it has been confirmed, with a release date of Monday 27th October. Some people who have subscribed to Rockstar’s mailing list have received an email about the patch and I can confirm it myself as I also received the email.

So now GTA has trophies, will you be playing this game again if you have it already just to get the extra trophies? Discuss in the comments section below.

You have to wait just a little longer

You have to wait just a little longer

The most anticipated PS3 game of the year as you almost certainly have already heard has been delayed and the United States is due to get their copies in the week of October 27th. However Europeans will find they have to wait even longer to get their hands on the popular game. Sony Europe has said that they expect the game “will start to appear in stores no later than the week commencing Monday 3rd November in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, on a country by country basis”. This delay will be a major upset for Sony however at least it will create some new publicity from some prominent news organizations such as CNNBBC and Sky all before the game eventually launches, which might actually help sales of the game.

Hurricane Ike viewed through LWP

Hurricane Ike viewed through LWP

Today worldwide, Sony finally released ‘Life with PlayStation’ to PS3 owners. So after playing around with it, what are some initial impressions?

First off, ‘LWP’ is very well designed and it is easy to use: You can navigate the globe with your two analogue sticks. For an initial release, it’s a decent program that you could spend endless hours playing with. However it’s far from perfect. Right now it is fairly basic in functionality and features.
