The original Smackdown! came out in 2000, and eventually evolved into the Smackdown vs. Raw brand. These games were the answer to most wrestling fans that wanted a wrestling experience on their consoles. Fast forward 12 years and we have the first title from the series that doesn’t call itself Smackdown or Smackdown vs. Raw. THQ and Yuke’s seem that they are trying to breathe new life into the franchise by rebranding it WWE 12.

The latest Rune Factory game, Tides of Destiny was not only enjoyable, but also surprisingly diverse, with there seeming to be plenty of things to keep gamers busy later this year.

Back in 2006, Human Head Studios and 2K Games released the first Prey title. The game had been in development for quite some time, and many people were waiting anxiously for the title. It was announced earlier this year that there will be a sequel, and this time around the game will once again be developed by Human Head Studios, but published by Bethesda Softworks.
