Dubbed the “true sequel to the Call of Duty 4 campaign”, Medal of Honor is one of the most promising shooters which will be released this year. Featuring awe-inspiring visuals and entertaining classic MOH gameplay, EA are looking to challenge Modern Warfare once again. During the GDC, it’s been revealed that Medal of Honor, a series that originally debuted on a Sony console, will use PlayStation 3 as its lead development platform.

At this year’s GDC Scott Rohde has confirmed that there will be a nunchuck like device for the PlayStation 3. The device has been a rumor since the PlayStation Move was first demoed at last year’s E3, with several developers confirming the peripheral.
Sony’s Vice President of Product Development, SCEA for PlayStation announced that the controller will be called the “PlayStation Move Subcontroller”. The controller will provide the much needed extra analogue, without gamers having to use the DualShock 3.

Kratos’ PR campaign is full steam ahead, as PS3 epic exclusive God of War III is to be released in a few short weeks. Some of the team members over at Santa Monica Studios have been speaking about the technology that went into God of War III. It comes as no surprise the Cell brings a lot of muscle to the table.

Next week, during the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, Sony plans on educating potential developers during a 60-minute presentation dubbed “introducing the PlayStation 3 motion controller“. Well folks, it looks like the great PlayStation 3 leap year bug of 2010 is history. Hosts of PS3 owners (particularly those with the original Phat PS3’s) are reporting that the PSN is up and running just fine.
