Looks like the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has been busy in the weeks leading up to E3. In the past week, the ESRB has rated Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty [rated E10+] and the interactive art piece Linger In Shadows [rated E] – both from Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA). Well, looks like one slipped by us – last week the ESRB also rated a PS3 title from Sony Online Entertainment (SOE). JEOPARDY! Er… what is JEOPARDY!
- What is: a downloadable PSN game?
In January 2008, we learned that SOE would be teaming with Gamebryo to create downloadable game show titles to the PSN. We also learned that those games (to include Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune) might have tie-ins with the TV shows and that they will be integrated into Home.
Now, it looks like these games that were once just “future plans” are beginning to resurface. Hopefully we’ll hear some more about these titles at E3.
