Big Trouble in Big Town (Bronze) – Completed “Big Trouble to Big Town”
– Do this side-quest before ‘Stictly Business’.  Go to ‘Big Town’ and one of the residents will ask you to help look for 2 missing people.  Go to ‘Germantown Police HQ” and break them out of the jail cells.

Those! (Bronze) – Completed “Those!”
– To begin this quest you must find a boy named Bryan Wilkins around the ‘Grayditch’ area.  He will ask you to find his father, which you will find dead.  He will then ask that you take out the source of the ants.  Find the ‘Marigold Metro Station’ and work your way through till you find Dr. Lesko.  He will ask that you take out some ant soldiers so that he may alter the Queens experimental dosage.  You may also kill the Queen.  Proceed back to Bryan and find him a place to live.

The Nuka-Cola Challenge (Bronze) – Completed “The Nuka-Cola Challenge”
– To receive this quest, speak with Sierra Petrovita in ‘Girdershade’. You will have to take a short tour and then she will ask you to find 30 Nuka-Cola Quantums for her. There are a total of 90 to find throughout the Wasteland.

Head of State (Bronze) – Completed “Head of State”
– Go to the ‘Temple of the Union’ and talk with their leader, Hannibal.  He will ask that you complete 3 tasks.  Just follow the map marker and complete what he asks of you.

The Replicated Man (Bronze) – Completed “The Replicated Man”
– This quest is acquired from Dr. Zimmer in the ‘Rivet City Science Lab’.  He wants you to find his missing andoid and sends you to speak with Dr. Preston (also in Rivet) who gives you a holotape.  From here you can either collect 2-3 more holotapes at various locations and speak with Winthrop and Moira, or you can find a girl named Victoria Watts.  I have found here at the ‘Rivet City Inn’.  She will ask that you give a piece of the android to Dr. Zimmer and say the android is dead.

Blood Ties (Bronze) – Completed “Blood Ties”
– Talk to Lucy West in ‘Megaton’ for this quest.  She will ask you to deliver a letter to ‘Arefu’.  Once there, you will find her family dead and will have to go find The Family.  They are located north of ‘Arefu’ in the subway station.

– To begin this quest, head to ‘Oasis’ at the north of the map.  Inside you will have to undergo a ritual to be allowed to speak with “Him”.  Once you do so, you’ll be able to speak with Harold, who has been overtaken by the roots that were growing on his head and became rooted in this spot.  He asks you to end his suffering and destroy his heart.  From here leave his chamber and talk to some of the residents.  From here you may decide how you would like to end the quest.

– Talk to Lucas Simms in Megaton for this quest.  For Good karma, you will need an explosive skill of 25.  For Evil karma, talk to Mr. Burke in Moriarty’s Bar and blow up Megaton.  If you blow up Megaton you will lose the opportunity to take part in many of the side-quests.

Tenpenny Tower (Bronze) – Completed “Tenpenny Tower”
– To begin this quest head to ‘Tenpenny Tower’.  You will encounter a ghoul talking to a guard through an intercom.  Wait for him to leave and talk to the guard.  He will ask that you take care of the ghouls.  From here you may either kill the ghouls or help them get into ‘Tenpenny Tower’.  Your decision.

Strictly Business (Bronze) – Completed “Strictly Business”
– Go to ‘Paradise Falls’ and receive this quest from the guard.  This quest will end in negative karma.  You will be tasked with hypnotizing 4 individuals with the Mesmetron and putting slave collars on them.  There is a possibility that you will piss off entire towns if done in the open.  I would suggest saving before hand and reloading if you are going for good karma.

You Gotta Shoot ‘Em in the Head (Bronze) – Completed “You Gotta Shoot ‘Em in the Head”
– Speak with Crowley in the ‘Underworld’ to receive this quest.  He will ask that you kill 4 ghoul haters and get their keys.  You may either kill them all or “acquire” their keys without harming them.

Trouble on the Homefront (Bronze) – Completed “Trouble on the Homefront”
– This quest will not be available until after completing ‘The Waters of Life’.  Once you have done that, return to ‘Vault 101’ and tune in to the radio frequency on your PipBoy.  You will find a distress signal from Amata.  Head into the vault and find Amata.  From here there are multiple ways this can be completed.  Choose based on the karma you want.

Agatha’s Song (Bronze) – Completed “Agatha’s Song”
– Speak with Agatha at her house.  She will ask that you find a violin in Vault 92.  Be prepared to take on multiple Mirelurk Kings.  Once you find the violin take it back to Agatha.  You may also search the ‘Vault-Tec HQ’ during this mission if you want.

Reilly’s Rangers (Bronze) – Completed “Reilly’s Rangers”
– Speak with Reilly in the ‘Underworld’ medical station.  She will ask that you rescue her rangers from atop ‘Statesmen Hotel’.  Be prepared to face nothing but Super Mutants.  Once you help them out of the hotel the trophy is yours.

Reaver (Bronze) – Reached Level 8 with Bad Karma
– See Protector.
Mercenary (Bronze) – Reached Level 8 with Neutral Karma
– See Protector.

Protector (Bronze) – Reached Level 8 with Good Karma
– Save your game in another slot once you hit Level 7.  From here proceed down the Good path to get Protector, then save in another slot if you are wanting to follow Good karma.  Once you reach Level 8 and are awarded the trophy load up your Level 7 save.  Continue to steal, loot, and murder until your karma reads Neutral and make your way to Level 8 again for Mercenary.  Do the same for Reaver, just steal, loot, and murder some more for Bad karma.  Once you have completed all three, load up the save that you would like to continue your game on.

Harbinger of War (Bronze) – Reached Level 14 with Bad Karma
– See Ambassador of Peace.

Pinnacle of Survival (Bronze) – Reached Level 14 with Neutral Karma
– See Ambassador of Peace.

Ambassador of Peace (Bronze) – Reached Level 14 with Good Karma
– Save your game in another slot once you hit Level 13.  From here proceed down the Good path to get Protector, then save in another slot if you are wanting to follow Good karma.  Once you reach Level 14 and are awarded the trophy load up your Level 13 save.  Continue to steal, loot, and murder until your karma reads Neutral and make your way to Level 14 again for Mercenary.  Do the same for Reaver, just steal, loot, and murder some more for Bad karma.  Once you have completed all three, load up the save that you would like to continue your game on.

Scourge of Humanity (Silver) – Reached Level 20 with Bad Karma
– See Last, Best Hope of Humanity.

Paradigm of Humanity (Silver) – Reached Level 20 with Neutral Karma

Last, Best Hope of Humanity (Silver) – Reached Level 20 with Good Karma
– Save your game in another slot once you hit Level 19.  From here proceed down the Good path to get Last, Best Hope of Humanity, then save in another slot if you are wanting to follow Good karma.  Once you reach Level 20 and are awarded the trophy load up your Level 19 save.  Continue to steal, loot, and murder until your karma reads Neutral and make your way to Level 20 again for Paradigm of Humanity.  Do the same for Scourge of Humanity, just steal, loot, and murder some more for Bad karma.  Once you have completed all three, load up the save that you would like to continue your game on.

Weaponsmith (Silver) – Made one of every custom weapon
– There are 7 custom weapons to make for this trophy.  To make them you will first need to find a schematic for the particular weapon, then obtain all the parts for that weapon.  Once you have all parts and schematics, find a workbench (Moira’s shop in Megaton) and create the weapons.  Each schematic will give you at least 2 chances, while some will give you 4.

Doesn’t Play Well with Others (Bronze) – Killed 300 people
–  Either go through the game like normal and kill as many raiders as possible, or load up a save file and turn off all autosave functions. If you load up a savefile, proceed to every town possible and kill EVERYBODY.  This must be in a single game…it does not carry over to multiple games.

Slayer of Beasts (Bronze) – Killed 300 creatures
– This should not be a problem unless you fast travel everywhere.  A good time to get this would be when going for One-Man Scouting Party.

Silver-Tongued Devil (Silver) – Won 50 Speech Challenges
– You will be cutting this one very close by the end of the game.  I would suggest putting a lot of points into speech from the very beginning.  If you are near the end and are somewhat close there is an infinite speech challenge in Big Town to exploit. When you arrive, speak with Bittercup and agree with her that no one understands you.  Once she talks about her dating Pappy, end the conversation and go talk to Pappy.  Begin with “You came here with Bittercup, right?” and if he doesn’t get upset you will win the challenge.  Be warned though, if you do lose this challenge the loop will disappear.  Try to make sure you have 100% success chance before using it.

Data Miner (Silver) – Hacked 50 terminals
– Every time you come across a terminal, try to hack it.  If you are around the owner of the terminal try to be hidden when you do it.

Keys are for Cowards (Silver) – Picked 50 locks
– Every time you come across a locked door, try to pick it.  If the owner is around try to be hidden when doing it.

One-Man Scouting Party (Silver) – Discovered 100 locations
– If you are attempting to 100% this game, this trophy should not be a problem.  You will come across over 100 locations while looking for Behemoths, Bobbleheads, quests, and side-quests.  If you do not have this by Level 20, choose the ‘Explorer’ perk.  It will show you all locations on your map, but you will still have to ‘Discover’ them.

Psychotic Prankster (Bronze) – Placed a grenade or mine while pickpocketing
– Unless you are following the Bad karma route, load up an old save and turn off all auto-save features.  Simply place any grenade or mine while pickpocketing and enjoy the bloody mess.

The Bigger They Are… (Gold) – Kill all the Super Mutant Behemoths
– There are 5 Behemoths in the game.  The locations are as follows:

  • GNR – This is your freebie if you let the Brotherhood of Steel take it down.
  • Evergreen Mills – Raiders have it trapped behind an electric fence.
  • Capitol Building – Fighting Talon Company near the west entrance.
  • Takoma  Park – Located northeast of ‘Takoma Park’.
  • Jury Street Metro Station – In a Super Mutant camp between ‘Jury Street Metro Station’ and ‘Evergreen Mills’.

Yes, I Play with Dolls (Silver) – Collected 10 Vault-Tec Bobbleheads
– See Vault-Tec C.E.O..

Vault-Tec C.E.O. (Gold) – Collected 20 Vault-Tec Bobbleheads
– There are 20 Bobbleheads scattered throughout the game.  There are 3 very important missable Bobbleheads.  I will list those first.

*Missable Bobbleheads*:

  • Medicine – Located in your Father’s office in Vault 101.  You have 3 chances to get this.
  • Strength – Located in Lucas Simm’s House in Megaton.  Lost forever if you blow up Megaton.
  • Energy Weapons – Located in Sector 2 of Raven Rock. You will find it in Colonel Autumns bedroom close to the area leading to Sector 3.

Remaining 17 Bobbleheads:

  • Perception – Republic of Dave (Museum of Dave)
  • Endurance – Deathclaw Sanctuary
  • Charisma – Vault 108 (Cloning Lab)
  • Intelligence – Rivet City (Science Lab)
  • Agility – Greener Pastures Disposal Site (Office)
  • Luck –  Arlington House
  • Barter – Evergreen Mills (Market Bazaar)
  • Big Guns – Fort Constantine (CO Quarters)
  • Explosives – WKML Broadcast Station (Sealed Cistern), when facing the front of the building, go to the left past the two towers to the back where there is a small cliff. Drop down from here to locate the bobble head on the sewer grate.
  • Lockpick – Bethesda Ruins (Bethesda Offices East)
  • Melee Weapons – Dunwich Building (Virulent Underchamber)
  • Repair – Arefu (Evan King’s House)
  • Science – Vault 106 (Living Quarters)
  • Small Guns – National Guard Depot (National Guard Armory)
  • Sneak – Yao Guai Tunnels (Yao Guai Den)
  • Speech – Paradise Falls (Eulogy’s Pad)
  • Unarmed – Rockopolis, which is unmarked on all maps.  To get there, fast travel to ‘Smith Casey’s Garage’.  From there, turn right and run around the southeast corner of the garage.  From here, move forward headed precisely west.  You’ll eventually run into a rock wall, but there is a banner of cone-shaped flags hanging on the wall. Examine the wall up close to find the entrance to ‘Rockopolis’.
