In a unexpected move by Sony the EU PSN store has been updated with the X-Men Origins: Wolverine demo today.
Right now there is no mention of a US demo today, but those of you with an EU account can go ahead and download away. The supposed movie game that does not suck (mentioned by the developers) hits stores today as well.
