ModNation Racers has just been announcd for the PS3 brought to us by United Front Games. This game will be much like LittleBigPlanet, in that you will be able to Play-Create-Share. Sony is setting out to make this a Genre in itself. The creators have made a complete track in less than 5 minutes. This is looking like a great game for the PS3.
