One of the most popular and successful series in the PlayStation family is the tactical third-person shooter series, SOCOM. Originally developed by Zipper Interactive on the PlayStation 2, the SOCOM series has since then seen various spinoffs spanning into the territories of the PSP and PS3. Fortunately, now that the final game has been dated, fans of the series finally get a taste of the next SOCOM from Slant Six.
PSP owners were disappointed to learn that SOCOM Fireteam Bravo 3 was delayed into 2010 due to management reasons due to the slew of games that came out in 2009. However, the realm of uncertainty will soon come to an end when the demo releases next week on the PlayStation Store on February 11.
