EA Sports Active has been a top-selling game for the Nintendo Wii since early 2009. With the ability to track and log activity and calories burned, it has grabbed the attention of many adults across the globe. Now it looks like the mature crowd of the PlayStation 3 will have the opportunity to try the game out themselves.
According to superannuation.com, several EA Sports employees have not only been working on an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version of EA Sports Active, but also DLC as well. Sean Quinn, Programmer at EA Sports, even has the development of a PS3/Xbox 360 version of EA Sports Active present in his resume. With both the PlayStation 3 Wand Controller and Project Natal dated for a late 2010 release, EA Sports Active looks to be one of the handful of titles to debut on the new controllers.
EA Sports Active is a motion-based fitness game which has sold over 3.5 million units on the Nintendo Wii.
