EA and DICE are looking to change the shooting genre to the Battlefield way with Bad Company 2. The shooter to feature compelling visuals and a online component dubbed to be better than MW2’s. But even after all of this, the devs believe the next Battlefield can do better on consoles.
In an interview with 9Lives, senior producer for Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Patrick Bach, reveals the shooter can do better.
It depends of course from when the new generation of game consoles on the market, but we have no information at DICE. Battlefield: Bad Company 2. I see we have a better game to make the current generation of game consoles, because I think we can find new ways to a title even more impressive technically than to Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
The shooter’s preview exceeded 2 million downloads and is on course to become the fastest downloaded demo in EA history. Bad Company 2 arrives on March 2 in North America and March 5 in Europe.
