Last week saw Quantic Dream’s cinematic thriller Heavy Rain take top spot in the UK charts. But the reign for the PlayStation 3 exclusive is short lived, as the latest UK charts welcome a new number one.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has shot its way to number one in the latest UK charts compiled by Chart Track. The DICE and EA shooter becomes the seventh game to become number 1 within 2010. Last week’s charts can be viewed here.

With Final Fantasy XIII releasing tomorrow, it wouldn’t be a surprise if that replaces Battlefield: Bad Company 2 in next week’s sales charts. Although, one of the most anticipated titles is just around the corner, will Kratos show who truly is the God of sales?
