It seems the LittleBigPlanet/Disney collaboration is turning out to be a fantastic success. First, we received the Pirates of the Carribbean Costume and Level Pack, which included the much hyped inclusion of water, plus some great new story levels. Now, we’re getting a LittleBigPlanet of heroic, or dare we say, incredible proportions. Yes, The Incredibles are coming to LittleBigPlanet, and an even bigger way than you think.
The Incredibles DLC will contain both a Costume Kit, and a Level Kit, when it hits April 8th. The Costume Kit will contain nine costumes – the five members of the Incredibles family, a “retro” Mr. Incredible suit, Frozone, Edna Mode, and the main villain, Syndrome.
In the Level Kit, players will be able to visit “a Gallery Level filled with memorable landmarks from The Incredibles”, and obtain prize bubbles in order to use the materials found there. In the Level Kit, you’ll be able to “stretch and dash your way across the rooftops of the city, investigate the more secret parts of the Parr family home, explore the jungles of Nomanisan Island, where Syndrome’s base is located, before taking a trip on his monorail system into the heart of the base itself.”
The Incredibles Level and Costume Kit hit April 8th on PlayStation Network.
